SA Medal Hangers was born from that belief.

Where It All Began

As a passionate athlete, our founder, Pamela, knew the feeling all too well: a hard-earned medal stuffed into a box, out of sight and slowly forgotten. The solution felt simple: get something to display her medals on.  However, after looking around, she realised there was no one in South Africa making anything like that, so she made one herself. Then friends asked for one and she realised this was a bigger need, and so, in 2013, SA Medal Hangers was born. 

What started as a personal project quickly became a mission: to give South African athletes a premium way to honour their accomplishments and inspire others around them.
