8 weeks to 5km Running Plan
I created the 8 Weeks to 5km Challenge in 2017 as it became my mission to assist as many people as possible to start and continue running. I want to help people experience the positive benefits of running, in a fun and relaxed way.
This 8 8-week plan includes tips and pointers to help you on your way to your first 5km. it also includes printable weekly pages, a page with all 8 weeks on it, as well as a printable one-page journal to joint down some notes on how you felt.
Each week has 3 runs.
This is a digital download and is not an individualized or custom-made program. It does NOT include in-person coaching, although you are able to email me and ask me questions if you can't find the answers in the document.
