8 weeks to 5km Running Plan
My name is Pamela and I created the 8 Weeks to 5km Challenge in 2017 as it became my mission to assist as many people as possible to start and continue running.
I started running in 2004 and the positive impact it has had in my life has been immense. I wanted to help people experience the these benefits, in a fun and relaxed way.
This 8-week plan includes tips and pointers to help you on your way to your first 5km. it also includes printable weekly pages, a page with all 8 weeks on it, as well as a printable one-page journal to joint down some notes on how you felt.
Each week has 3 runs.
This is a digital download and is not an individualized or custom-made program. It does NOT include in-person coaching, although you are able to email me and ask me questions if you can't find the answers in the document.
I have been running for over 20 years and have taken part in races from 5km to 200 miles. I have a certificate in Running Injury Prevention from GMP Fitness in the USA. Through this 8 week program, I have assisted over 250 woman start running and complete their 1st 5km. I'm passionate about getting people moving.
